At Exotic Aquatics HTX, we take great care in packaging and shipping our fish to ensure they arrive safely and healthy.
Live Arrival Guarantee Terms:
- Any claim must be submitted within 2 hours of the recorded delivery time.
- The fish must remain in the original unopened and sealed shipping bag.
- Clear photos and/or video of the fish inside the sealed bag must be provided.
- Claims submitted after the 2-hour window will not qualify for coverage.
- Shipping delays caused by the carrier, incorrect shipping information provided by the customer, or unattended deliveries may void this guarantee.
- Refunds or store credit will be issued at the sole discretion of Exotic Aquatics HTX upon review of the claim.
